In our swim-lab we constantly take videos of your swimming above and below the surface. And we analyze it throughout.<\/span>
So you can see at once how you improve and you learn how to implement the input of your coach into your workouts.<\/p>\n

For the videos and analyses you get a link for your own folder on the coaching app OnForm.
You can use the analyses and comments as a reminder and help for your workouts and practices. The training plans are customized for you and will build up your training step-by-step to reach your goal.<\/p>\n

Rescheduling \/ Cancellations<\/h5>\n

FLEX OPTION: <\/strong> If you book the FLEX option you can cancel the lesson at short notice before the start of the lesson via email or text message and we will send you a link to reschedule. NON FLEX: <\/strong> You can reschedule all lessons online up to 48 hours before the start of the lesson. If you cancel a lesson less than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson the full amount will be charged.<\/strong> If we can find another swimmer who is willing to take the slot at short notice we will only charge you a rescheduling fee so that your lesson is not completely lost and you can reschedule online with the link we’ll send you. The rescheduling fees are CHF 30 for lessons up to 60 min and CHF 45 for 90 min lessons.<\/p>\n
