About 2 months ago I decided I would try to learn front crawl. I was motivated to learn something new and my front crawl has always been a disaster. The few strokes I did was a fight with the water to bring myself forward and get air to breathe. By now I have had 4 sessions with an amazing coach and have visited numerous outdoor and indoor pools in the Basel area to practice. Yesterday I got return on my investment. I did lane after lane and I had fun. I crawled more than 2000m, and 1600m without rest. This was a totally new experience! Durch deine Hilfe konnte ich meine sportlichen Ziele erreichen und habe am Sonntag die Challenge Roth gefinished. Mit der Schwimmzeit von 67 Minuten bin ich mehr als happy. Ich m\u00f6chte Euch mein Gl\u00fcck weitergeben. Ich trainiere doch schon seit einigen Jahren und bin nach 1.5 bis 2 KM jeweils platt nach dem Training. Eine Verbesserung war kaum mehr wahrnehmbar und ich bekam in mein Schwimmen keine Ruhe rein. Immer Kampf, Atemnot, Stress.<br \/>Und jetzt pl\u00f6tzlich innerhalb einer Woche alles weg!! Ich schwimme pl\u00f6tzlich zwei Kilometer ohne jegliche Atemnot und v\u00f6llig entspannt. Ich freue mich aufs Training und k\u00f6nnte ohne weiteres auch drei oder vier Kilometer schwimmen. Ich kann es eigentlich kaum glauben &#8211; t\u00f6nt fast wie ein Werbespot.
