High Performance Summer training

You are looking for a regular training throughout the summer, where you can explore your swimming, learn about your body, receive lots of input and interact with your fellow swimmers – and the coaches?

Then join the high performance training sessions in the beautiful outdoor pool in Aesch BL. The big plus: each of the swimmers has his/her own lane so you can really tune into your swimming.

You swim the program in your tempo, you experience how your body reacts to the cues – and you will also realize what you are already able to do – and which parts of your stroke need more work.

And we’ll have a coffee together after the session to answer questions and exchange our experiences. This exchange with feedback is an important and very interesting part of the training sessions.

That is why the coaches Pavel and Margarethe will join the swim sessions to share their observations and answer your questions about swimming technique, kinetics, mindset etc.

The dates for 2025:

May: 10., 31.
June: 7., 14., 21., 28.
July: 5., 19., 26.
